Extreme parenting: I married my best friend 26 years ago and in that time gave birth to 5 children and adopted 13. We are a large family dealing with a multitude of special needs - FASD, static encephalopathy, ADHD, chromosome deletion, epilepsy, reactive attachment disorder, opposition defiance disorder, osteoporosis, mild to moderate intellectual disability, autism, dyslexia, non verbal learning disorder, sensory processing disorder, mental health issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, developmental coordination disorder, oral motor dyscordination, hypotonia, microcephaly, incontinence, severe constipation, apraxia, dysphagia, etc
